Q. In what format are the videos shot? A. All videos are shot in (NTSC) or (HD) Q. Was my video shot in HD? A. It depends on the package you got or the upgrade, we use HD camcorders to film everything but that doesn't mean that you will get an HD DVD unless you upgraded your package. Q. How long are the videos, do the DVD's have chapters, menus the works? A. All video packages are different from one another, all DVD's have chapters, menus the works. Q. When are the videos done and ready for pickup? A. All videos take 3 to 4 weeks to be finished and ready for pickup. Q. Do you start working on the videos and pictures right away? A. All video projects will be started once client provides the songs and pictures if any. Q. Can there be any delays on the videos and pictures? A. Clients must provided songs and pictures if any, 5 days after the event, if not they would have to wait an extra 3 to 5 weeks in addition to the 3 to 4 weeks of the event. Q. Can we make changes to the video? A. Before the video package is paid for, shot or started, DFW talks to the clients to get a feel and a perspective about how the video should be. If you weren't satisfied with the video, changes can be made. The hour rate for editing is $75. Q. How long have you been in business? A. DFW have been in business since 2005. Q. Does DFW do and guarantee a great job? A. DFW has been nominated twice in 2007, 2008 and won the wedding glamour video award for best wedding editing in 2009. Q. Do we have a studio? A. We sure do. Our studio is located behind Signature Grand. Q. Do you accept accept credit cards? A. We do, We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. Q. Does your company have insurance? A. Some venues require vendors to have liability insurance and we do have million dollar liability insurance. Q. Do you do destination weddings, parties, conferences etc? A. Absolutely! We will travel anywhere, make sure to ask us about pricing for destination weddings, parties, conferences etc. Q. Can my family see our videos and photos? A. Yes depending on the video or photography package you choose you will be provided with a link, that only family and friends may view from anywhere in the world. |
